FAQs

When does the sale start and finish?

The start time is 11:00 EST on 25/04/2024, the sale will be open for 24 hours, closing 11:00 EST on 26/04/2024.

Am I guaranteed my purchase?

Any Portal staker can participate in the sale up to their individual cap. Final allocation decisions will be confirmed by 6pm UTC, Mon April 29, with priority given to the highest tier stakers down.

Can I cancel my request once paid?

No refunds or cancellations are accepted. You may get scaled back on your requested amount in line with available allocation or fully refunded based on allocation calculation.

How do I buy more?

In order to buy more you will need to increase your staking tier. You can do this through staking more $PORTAL.

How are allocations calculated?

Each tier is given a % allocation. After the sale allocation will be decided top down to the highest tiers down. Scale backs and refunds may occur, to ensure access for all eligible stakers. Refunds will be given directly to the payment wallet.

When will the $SOMO Token Generation Event (TGE) be?

The TGE event will happen after the community sale. Exact time will be dictated by exchanges and will be communicated via the SOMO twitter.

When can I get my $SOMO tokens?

After the allocation phase, tokens will be distributed to your wallet address. You will be able to view them on your SOMO dashboard. You can claim them after the TGE.
